From September 8th to 11th, the 4th Iraq International Oil and Gas Exhibition was held at the Baghdad International Exhibition Center. ZPEC showcased its high-end petroleum equipment, drilling fluid technologies, and digital application achievements at the exhibition, highlighting the company’s comprehensive integrated strength across the full industrial chain, further enhancing its international brand image, and injecting new momentum into deepening regional cooperation.

Iraqi Minister of Oil Basim Mohammed Khudair Al-Abadi, Minister of Electricity Ali Sadi Wahib, Minister of Trade Mustafa Nazar Juma Al-Ani, along with other government dignitaries and representatives of industry institutions, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches, jointly inaugurating this year’s exhibition.

On the opening day of the exhibition, Group President Li Shiguang, Senior Vice President Geng Xianliang, and leaders from ZPEC Iraq Oilfield Company, ZPEC Iraq Branch Company, and ZPEC Babylon Company attended the opening ceremony. Group President Li Shiguang was interviewed by Xinhua News Agency and local Iraqi television station, during which he introduced ZPEC’s development history, business layout, and future cooperation directions.

At this exhibition, under the theme of “Full-Chain Synergy and Intelligent Win-Win Cooperation,” ZPEC highlighted core products and technological achievements such as quintuplex mud pump, top drive, high-end drilling fluid materials, downhole electric tools, and wellsite digital software, demonstrating its technical strength in equipment manufacturing, engineering services, and oilfield software applications. The Digital Twin and Smart Oilfield Systems made their debut and became a focal point at the venue. Specifically, the Digital Twin System enables real-time synchronization between equipment status and 3D models and supports rapid access by multiple types of drilling robots, providing technical support for equipment monitoring, spatial analysis, and risk early warning. The Smart Oilfield System, through the Internet of Things and intelligent algorithms, enables visualized monitoring of production sites, anomaly warnings, dispatch coordination, and emergency response, showcasing ZPEC’s innovative achievements in oilfield digitalization.

During the exhibition, the ZPEC booth welcomed numerous partners and representatives from government agencies of multiple countries. They held in-depth discussions on advancing existing projects, improving technical services, and future business expansion, further building consensus and facilitating the implementation of cooperation projects.

As a Chinese oil and gas company deeply engaged in the Iraqi market for many years, ZPEC continues to leverage its synergistic advantages in integrated drilling and completion services, equipment manufacturing, and exploration and development, while continuously deepening exchanges and cooperation with local energy companies and industry institutions. This exhibition further attracted the attention of customers and industry institutions from multiple countries, including Iraq.
