On the morning of April 21^st, Yang Guangming, Director of the Grassroots Work Department of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to ZPEC Group for an on-site investigation and guidance visit, focusing on the development and operation of the enterprise trade union, the protection of employees' rights and interests, and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.

The delegation was accompanied by a number of officials, including Wang Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Nicheng Town Party Committee and Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, Yao Guicheng, Senior Vice President of the Group, Zhu Hongliang, Deputy General Manager of Zhongman Equipment Group, and other relevant leaders.

During the visit, Yang Guangming and his entourage first toured the production frontline, inspecting the production condition, on-site working morale of frontline employees, and the achievements of corporate culture development. They also gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s specific measures to safeguard employees’ legitimate rights and interests and build harmonious labor relations.

At the subsequent session, both sides had an in-depth exchange on topics including trade union development, the reform of industrial worker team building, and the cultivation of skilled craftsmen and talents. Yang Guangming spoke highly of ZPEC Group’s efforts in advancing the development of its industrial workforce. He pointed out that trade unions should earnestly fulfill their leading and coordinating responsibilities, focusing on the core goal of cultivating high-quality and highly skilled industrial talents. Enterprises shall establish a sound tiered training system for craftsmen and skilled talents. It is essential to actively recommend outstanding talents for selection at various levels and further refine the internal mentorship mechanism and skill inheritance system needed to generate a radiating effect where "cultivating one, driving a group." Additionally, greater encouragement should be given to skilled craftsmen to strive for high-level honors such as "Shanghai Craftsman" and "National Craftsman."

Wang Yang stated that the local government and trade union will continue following and supporting the enterprise’s development, offering support in improving employees’ professional skills and addressing their daily needs for food, clothing, housing, and transportation, so as to jointly create a favorable atmosphere that values talent and respects labor.

On behalf of the Group, President Yao expressed his gratitude to Yang Guangming and his team for their guidance during the visit. He noted that ZPEC Group had always aligned its development with national policies and strategies, serving as a typical example of private enterprises responding proactively to the Belt and Road Initiative and participating in international competition. Leveraging national policies and local support, the Group will further expand domestic and overseas markets and advance the transformation of its industrial chain from single business operations to systematic integrated services.
