On April 23rd, with the smooth
completion of the final operation, Well Ga-H178P, undertaken by Rig 29 Drilling
Crew of ZPEC Petronas Project, was successfully delivered to the client 15.5
days ahead of the planned schedule, setting a new operational benchmark in the
Garraf Oilfield.

During key operations, the average tripping-in and tripping-out speeds inside the casing reached 368.2 meters per hour and 273.2 meters per hour, respectively. The casing running efficiency across multiple casing sizes remained among the best in the block. Facing technical challenges during drilling operations, the Project Team demonstrated innovation by adopting steel-tooth cone-bit integrated-plug drilling process and high displacement circulation, successfully resolving several operational difficulties and providing a reliable solution for similar issues in the block. Meanwhile, the team applied domestically manufactured positive displacement motors (PDMs) together with new-generation drill bits for the first time, achieving technical efficiency gains.
In parallel with technical breakthroughs,
the Drilling Crew focused on maximizing cost efficiency through repair and
reuse of materials, reducing costs effectively. The Oilfield Service Team actively
promoted the localization of materials, replacing imported products with
high-performance domestic anti-collapse agents, achieving cost reduction
through technology. In the first quarter of the year, the cementing operations
completed by the team achieved a 100% quality rate, further consolidating the
company's technical brand advantage in the block.
