On February 6^th, the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Sichuan ZPEC was held in Chengdu. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the company’s 20-year entrepreneurial journey, systematically summarized its development achievements, solemnly commended advanced models, and drew up a blueprint for future development. All cadres and employees were mobilized to carry forward the spirit of the "Iron-Army", firm up confidence, forge ahead with determination, fully promote the "great transformation, great adjustment and great development" of the equipment manufacturing sector, accelerate the move toward high-tech R&D and intelligent manufacturing, and lay a solid foundation for building the company into a world-class oil equipment enterprise.

Li Chundi, Chairman of ZPEC Group, Xie Guangxia, Vice President, Wang Guangrui, President Assistant, Zhu Hongliang, Deputy General Manager of ZPEC Equipment Group, Chen Keli, Deputy General Manager of ZPEC Equipment Group and General Manager of Sichuan ZPEC, as well as employee representatives, former employee representatives and retired veteran colleagues of Sichuan ZPEC, totaling 220 people, attended the on-site event.

At the unveiling ceremony of the Mount Tai Commemorative Stone, ZPEC Group leaders and representatives of ZPEC Equipment Group’s cadres and employees jointly unveiled the stone in honor of the 20th anniversary of Sichuan ZPEC. As the red silk slowly fell, the powerful and solemn characters of "ZPEC" were revealed on the stone, accompanied by warm applause from the scene. After the ceremony, all attendees took group photos.

During the commendation session, Xie Guangxia read out the Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals of the Chengdu Base, and Wang Guangrui announced the winners of three awards: the "Outstanding Achievement Award", the "Special Contribution Award", and the Long Service Award". A total of 239 employees were honored and awarded on site.

In the representative speeches, Zheng Guanghui from the Production System, Chen Fang from the Quality System, and Wang Zuoli, a retired employee, shared their experiences of growing together with the company based on their respective positions, demonstrating the loyalty, responsibility, excellence, and dedication of ZPEC employees.

In his concluding speech, Chairman Li Chundi fully affirmed the development achievements of Sichuan ZPEC over the past 20 years and summarized them into four major accomplishments: First, a number of market-competitive core products were developed, including top drives, electric control systems, PDC drill bits, KASEUM downhole tools, and other products, allowing ZPEC to take a leading position in China’s petroleum equipment industry and to enjoy a sound international reputation. Second, a relatively complete manufacturing system was established with a solid foundation in refined management, quality control, and process management, thus ensuring high reliability in product delivery. Third, a stable and reliable backbone team was cultivated, providing strong talent support for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Fourth, a corporate culture with the "Iron-Army" as its core was formed, fostering a team atmosphere of loyalty, responsibility, pragmatism, and enterprise.

Looking ahead, Li Chundi emphasized that ZPEC Group now owns six overseas oilfield projects with a solid resource base, promising profit prospects and strong development momentum, which provides a broad internal market and strategic opportunities for the equipment manufacturing sector. Against this background, Sichuan ZPEC would focus on advancing the following strategic plans: 1) Deepen the upgrading of traditional products and refine and strengthen core businesses. 2) Vigorously expand horizontal businesses by relying on the Group’s resources. 3) Promote the transformation of functional positioning and build a high-tech R&D base. 4) Improve the incentive and distribution mechanism to stimulate the efficiency and creativity of all employees.

Since its founding in 2006, Sichuan ZPEC has gradually built a complete industrial chain covering drilling and workover rigs, top drives, electric control systems, PDC drill bits, solid control systems, high-pressure manifolds, pumping units, downhole tools, intelligent software, and other products. Its products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions including Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan, while operating stably under extreme conditions such as extreme cold, high temperature, and deserts. It has continuously enhanced the brand of "ZPEC Intelligent Manufacturing" and provided reliable support for Chinese equipment in energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
