ESP (electric submersible pumping system)
The electric submersible pumping system consists of surface equipment electric, transmission part and down-hole equipment. The surface equipment includes transformer, control panel(VFD), junction box, wellhead and surface cable. The electric transmission part includes power cable and motor lead extension. Down-hole equipment is the main part of the system which includes multistage centrifugal pump, gas separator, protector,motor.
Esp system is applicable to the production casing of 5",5-1/2",7",8-5/8",9" and above.

Intake and Gas Handling Device
The intake, gas separator and high efficiency gas handling device, is available for different gassy condition.The gas separator has two types, gravity and rotary, and three categorizes, standard, abrasion resister, anti-corrosion for different down-hole condition.

Protector type includes labyrinth chamber,rubber bag chamber and combined chamber, and category includes standard, high load and anti-corrosion. Protector can be configuration as per the requirement of well condition and special request from customer.

Special control cabinet for submersible electric pump and integrated pry installation of transformer.
The special control cabinet for submersible electric pumps provides 8 safety protections for the submersible pump. When the submersible electric pump suddenly stops it can save the three-phase voltage, three-phase current and control voltage data at the moment of shutdown, and can transmit it to the computer.
Based on the different voltages required by the submersible electric pump: there are low-voltage control panels and medium-voltage control panels.
