The delegation included Liu Juan, Director of the FIC Publicity and Education Department, Muhefuli Mierzikeli, Four Class Researcher of the FIC Publicity and Education Department, Cao Jiangtao, Deputy Director of the Aksu Prefecture United Front Work Department and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Prefecture FIC, Fu Zhiyuan, Standing Committee Member of Wensu County Party Committee, County Government Member, and Deputy County Mayor, and Abudukesuer Abudureheman, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Wensu County Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the County FIC. Also participating in the research were Meng Fanyou, Deputy General Manager of ZPEC Oil and Gas, and Wu Chao, Chief Geologist.

On the day of the visit, the delegation first toured the Well Wen-7 production site and the Wenbei Central Processing Facility in the ZPEC Aksu Oilfield. They gained detailed insights into oil and gas exploration and development, project progress, and employment and workforce utilization, while also listening to the on-site challenges and needs faced by the enterprise.

Chen Yulin noted that private enterprises are an indispensable force in driving regional economic and social development. He emphasized that ZPEC, through its deep involvement in Xinjiang's oil and gas industry, has actively contributed to industrial quality and efficiency improvement, local employment absorption, fiscal revenue growth, and social responsibility fulfillment. These efforts, he said, demonstrate a strong sense of commitment to revitalizing Xinjiang through industry, enriching the local population, and giving back to society. He pointed out that enterprises should take fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as their main thread, seize developmental opportunities, proactively align with the autonomous region's major developmental strategies, strengthen confidence in growth, and continuously enhance core competitiveness to promote high-quality development of the oil and gas industry. In doing so, they can contribute private sector strength to the Chinese path to modernization in Xinjiang. He added that the Autonomous Region FIC will continue to serve as a reliable "home" for private enterprises, fully leverage its role as a bridge, smooth communication channels between government and business, and do its utmost to foster a quality business environment.

On behalf of the company, Wu Chao expressed gratitude to the Autonomous Region FIC, the Aksu Prefecture, Aksu City, and Wensu County Party committees, governments, and relevant departments for their long-standing care, guidance, and support. He stated that ZPEC will capitalize on Xinjiang's resource endowments and geographical advantages, deeply integrate into the Belt and Road Initiative, remain committed to its core oil and gas business, take root in local development, absorb local labor, fulfill social responsibilities, and promote deeper integration between the enterprise and the locality. The Company, he added, will weave the sense of community for the Chinese nation into its practical work and daily operations, shoulder its mission as a private enterprise, and vigorously advance oil and gas production capacity construction and industrial upgrading, contributing ZPEC's strength to the high-quality economic and social development of the region.
