On June 4th, a delegation, led by Wang Jinlong, Chairman of Petro-king Oilfield Technology Ltd., visited ZPEC Shanghai headquarters for inspection and exchange. Wang Jinlong discussed with Li Chundi, Chairman of ZPEC, both overseas oil and gas project cooperation, and drilling and completion core technologies, reaching several cooperative agreements.  

The symposium was attended by Lin Jingyu, Executive Director of Petro-king, Zhang Taiyuan, vice president of Petro-king, Lu Xinzhou of Petro-king, Vice President of ZPEC, Li Huifeng, General Manager of ZPEC Drilling, Guo Hongwei, general manager of ZPEC Oilfield Services.

During the meeting, Wang Jinlong reviewed the achievements from previous cooperations between the both parties in overseas projects, including those in Iraq, summarized the valuable experience accumulated over the long-term collaboration, analyzed both parties’ complementary technological and resource advantages, and put forward his specific ideas for optimizing project service details. He expressed that Petro-king would fully leverage its completion technology advantages, continue to deepen its collaborative efforts with ZPEC, further expand areas of collaboration, and achieve resource sharing, joint market development and mutual benefit.  

Chairman Li, considering the current international oil and gas industry trend and market landscape, introduced ZPEC’s expertise and advantages in oil and gas drilling. He expressed the hope that both parties, based on the existing cooperation projects, would leverage their combined strengths, focus on core Middle East markets, deepen integrated drilling and completion services, share industry resources, seize development opportunities, continuously expand the global oil and gas service market footprint, and jointly enhance the core competitiveness of the overseas oil and gas project.
