On December 7th, Group Vice General Manager Mr. Chen Qingjun inspected the ZPEC MDOC Project as the first well successfully finished the cementing of its first spud in. He encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of the "Iron Army" of ZPEC.  He inspired the team members to not be afraid of difficulties and to assume their responsibilities so as to expand the integrated drilling market in Iraq with their professional oil field technical service.
