On December 2^nd and on behalf of Party A, GAZPROM Project Drilling Fluid Manager ROMAN issued a certificate and award to Mr. Shi Siyuan, the ZPEC Drilling Fluid Engineer of Rig 19. This certificate was jointly issued by the Drilling Department and the HSE Department in recognition of his high quality service in drilling fluid technology during the drilling process of P01 well.  Party A hopes that he will continue to work hard and to provide more high quality services.
