ZPEC Conducting 2009 Performance Assessment

On Jan. 11, ‘2009 Annual Employees Performance Assessment Meeting’ was holding in ZPEC headquarters, the first performance assessment activity for all employees of ZPEC was officially started, the assessment results will directly influence promotion of each employee.

ZPEC HR manager first told the assessment method and requirements. Group management required everybody should based on fair and honest principles to give others the subjective appraisals, the management hope the activity would find advantages and disadvantages for increasing promoting employees’ professional levels and ethics, ‘promoting whole team quality by using mechanism’.

The first assessed teams are from middle class management, key technicians and common employees altogether more than 30 staff; they respectively introduced their self-evaluations, 2009 main works and achievements, disadvantages and future plan.

An employee form Administration Office expressed that activity also provided a chance to employees to learn each other as well as a platform to show themselves. HR manager said this activity would become an important part of ZPEC employees’ motivation mechanism as well as serve the purpose of establishing a well HR management system.

The assessment results will be announced around Jan. 18, 2010.
