During January 9 to 22, 14 crew members from Zhongman Drilling Technology Company had a 14 days’ training on Complex Logging Technical Skill at Shanghai Shenkai Petroleum and Chemical Equipment Corporation Ltd. Given meticulous guidance by the teacher, the trainees have great progress to have forwarded both theory level and practical operation.

   The training holding during the winter break is in order to adapt the strategic plan on developing complex logging project and meet the future need of expanding the team and talent succession. The trainees are from former complex team, geological logging department and other departments, and all of them are technical backbones and talents on operation.

   Zhen Chao, one of the trainees, said that “although it has many difficulties during the study, everyone knows the mission on our shoulders. We believe that as long as we make efforts and put in hard work, we can overcome any difficulty easily.” The team leader of Complex Logging Team, Xiong Feixiong gave a high score to the trainees. He considers the training of his team is a long and big work. Back from the training, they will take measures as giving priority to training key technicians and senior crew training new crew, and cultivate more specialists on complex logging projects.
