Recently, ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Group received an Appreciation Letter from Sinotharwa Drilling, Kuwait Branch. In the letter, the customer expressed their appreciation and gratitude to ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Group for delivering the workover rigs to Kuwait on time during the epidemic and highly commended their “Nanny-type” after-sales services.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Group has signed a number of contracts with Sinotharwa Drilling Kuwait Branch.  The products include, but not limited to, workover rigs, troubleshooting equipment, rig spare parts, well control equipment, etc., which marks ZPEC’s successful entry into Kuwait, one of the highest-end markets in the world. After signing the contract, ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Group overcame the supply chain problems, transportation problems, and other difficulties caused by the epidemic.  Resources were allocated rationally and the products delivered successfully to the customer.

As the equipment arrived in Kuwait, three after-sales service persons from ZPEC arrived at the same time to assist and conduct the workover rigs’ installation and commissioning work and to provide training for the customer's management and operations people. The customer expressed their appreciation for the professional and efficient after-sales service and hoped that the two parties could continue to deepen cooperation in the Middle East while achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.
