ZPEC Lingang Base Headquarters Holds First Aid Training

In order to further popularize the knowledge of first aid and improve the ability of employees’ first aid response, on November 17, 2021, ZPEC Headquarters invited doctors from the International SOS First Aid Training Center to hold a first aid training event at the ZPEC Shanghai Lingang Base. Through theoretical learning and practical exercises, the majority of the employees' on-site judgment, disposal capabilities, first aid skills, and rescue skills were greatly improved.

This training mainly included three parts: basic knowledge of first aid, sudden illness and injury, and practical operation. Doctors in the SOS First Aid Training Center used human models to personally demonstrate knowledge of choking on foreign objects (Heimlich Maneuver), cardiopulmonary resuscitation, bandage dressing, etc., explaining the rescue skills while demonstrating. After the demonstration was finished, everyone was organized to use the human body models to carry out simulation training to correct each condition, thus strengthening everyone's grasp of the key points of rescue.

After the event, the employees said that this International SOS High-standard Course Training had enriched their first aid knowledge, improved their emergency response skills, and further enhanced the emergency rescue support capability of ZPEC Headquarters - Shanghai Lingang Base.
