In the golden autumn season, the Aksu Oil Region is full of gratifying scenes of harvest.

On September 20, 2021, the Senior Vice President of ZPEC, Mr. Yao Guicheng, the Vice President of ZPEC and General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company, Mr. Shi Shuyi, the General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, Mr. Li Xuesong, and other leaders went to the oil production stations, well sites, and integrated logistics support bases and cordially expressed their appreciation to the cadres and employees who stuck to their posts during the Mid Autumn Festival. While sending their holiday blessings, they encouraged everyone to make persistent efforts and actively leverage the advantages of group operation to bring the exploration and development of the Aksu Oilfield to a new level.

At 11 o'clock in the morning, the leaders drove to the front lines of oil production, arriving at the production well groups and water injection well stations such as the Wen 6 Well, Hong 26 Well, Hong 30 Well, and others, to learn about the production situation and on-duty arrangements, while expressing their gratitude. Mr. Li Xuesong, General Manager of ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, urged everyone to pay attention to safe production during the holiday season, to patrol the wells, and to stand in posts in a highly responsible manner. Seeing the recent strong momentum of production and the orderly production and sales on site, everyone felt sincerely happy. Mr. Yao Guicheng, Senior Vice President of ZPEC, briefly introduced the current situation of ZPEC Group to the frontline employees. He emphasized that the oil and gas sector is very important in the role of the development of ZPEC, and expressed his gratitude to the oil production workers who stuck to their posts during the festival. He encouraged everyone to make new efforts in order to increase the oil and gas reserves and production for the company.

Later, Mr. Yao and his team went to the drilling well site. As the leader of the integrated professional teams, the six ZPEC drilling teams have dedicated themselves since the beginning of this year to gain footage and to make important contributions to the oil and gas development of the Wensu Block. Among the six drilling teams, the most outstanding are the ZPEC Rig 4 and Rig 13 teams. After the leaders came to the two teams’ well sites, they shook hands with the soldiers in the line to greet them one by one, and extended their holiday greetings. Mr. Shi Shuyi, Vice President of ZPEC and General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company, pointed out that ZPEC drilling teams should continue to carry forward the spirit of "The journey of iron and blood", to consolidate the management foundation, to improve their technical level, and to resolutely win the battle of speeding up and increasing efficiency for the year. Mr. Yao highly affirmed the contributions made by ZPEC Drilling Company, ZPEC Oil Services Company, and the Downhole Operation Teams to Aksu's reserves and production. He hoped that everyone would continue to optimize new ways of integrated management, provide valuable experience for the efficient development of oilfields, and wished everyone good health, good luck, and happy family! Mr. Li Bin, Rig Manager of ZPEC 13, on behalf of his team, thanked the leaders’ care, and he expressed that they would continue to lead the teams to drill every well and live up to the leaders’ expectations.

Finally, Mr. Yao and his team also expressed their gratitude to the ZPEC Drilling Company management team, ZPEC Oil Services, and ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Company personnel of the integrated logistics support base, and took a group photo with everyone. Up to now, ZPEC has deployed more than 700 employees in various systems such as from ZPEC (Aksu) Oil & Gas Company, ZPEC Drilling Company, ZPEC Oil Services Company, and ZPEC Equipment Manufacturing Company in the exploration and development of Aksu Oilfield.
