At the critical stage of the project, they were divided into multiple teams, working overtime at the ZPEC Chengdu Base, the Shanghai Equipment Headquarters, the Nanyang Second Machinery Plant, and other places to produce and install the electronic control system and well power, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. During the entire production and debugging work, they responded each time to the requirements of the international inspection company personnel and actively cooperated with the rectification work. The purchasing personnel quickly organized the materials needed for rectification, the quality personnel sort out the improvement every day, and the on-site personnel overcame the difficulty of the lack of personnel. Every effort was made to ensure the smooth completion of the Sino-Tharwa Project.
