At noon on November 2nd, Iraq local time, Phil Milford, Deputy Manager of the Iraqi project of Kuwait Energy (KEIL), and Maksim Antonovd, the Iraqi Project Manager of Party A Schlumberger (SLB), and their team of more than ten people visited ZPEC Rig 23 in the SIBA Oil Field in Basra.  After the inspection, they praised the Rig 23 Team for their  excellent technological capabilities and trustworthiness.  Phil Milford said with confidence, "I hope that we can learn from each other and progress together, then work together for deeper cooperation in the future."(Wang Zhiqin)
