On December 10, 2008, a delegation from Industry and Merchandise Bureau of Chengdu City and Chengdu Business Integrity Promoting Association took a special trip to KPEM, and awarded Gu Chuangye, the vice president of ZPEC and General Manager of KPEM, A-Grade Medal, Certificate of Good Standing, Open Certificate and 2007 Enterprise Yearbook for this honor.

Subsequently, the delegation and KPEM management had a meeting in an easy environment. Firstly, official of Industry and Merchandise Bureau of Chengdu City celebrated KPEM’s awards. He said, “After being awarded Observe-Contracts-and-Keep-Promises Company, the good credit information of KPEM will go into Enterprise Credit Information System and publicize on Government Information publication website of Industry and Merchandise Bureau of Chengdu City, Chengdu Enterprise Credit Information Website and Chengdu Industrial and Merchandise Public Information Website, which we regard of consequence for elevation of KPEM’S constitution inside and company image outside.

Mr. Gu gave a brief introduction to the guests about current development situation of KPEM. He said, KPEM has been upholding our quality policy “Quality the lifeline, good faith service, continuous improvement and client-oriented", sticking to our company philosophy “Human first, operating lawfully and decently, being innovative and strong execution" and adhering to baseline criteria “good faith service and formal operation” and abiding by market principles. Our company has always been and will always strictly abide by the contracts with customers.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Gu said, “Observe-Contracts-and-Keep-Promises award is both encouragement and impetus to us.
