On February 13, 2009, Mr. Shuyi Shi, vice president of ZPEC and general manager of ZPEC Drilling, was holding the kick off meeting of ZPEC Drilling in Dingbian, Shaanxi province.

During the meeting, Mr. Shi mapped the working plan and introduced the working operation target for 2009, namely, to finish the footage of 500,000 meters by using 18 rigs. Mr. Shi also emphasized that each department should optimize the well sites and enhance the drilling speed, to shorten the drilling cycle and make more outstanding accomplishment.

After meeting, each drilling team started to go all out for different preparation works such as equipment check and maintenance, employees training, storage of goods and materials.
