By strict selection examination and approval procedure Kunlun Company was nominated one of the first ten “Youth’s Base of Training and Employment” of Xindu District of Chengdu on 29th Apr, for which a grand authorization ceremony had been celebrated in the international concert hall of Sichuan Conservatory of Music.

The establishment of this very Base in Kunlun Company brings a free training opportunity for the university students about to be employed; meanwhile it’s a great channel for Kunlun Company selecting employees and implementing human resource preservation. As per the related agreement has been signed between Kunlun Company and Communist Youth League of Xindu district, which has been reported to Central Committee of the Youth League for record, Kunlun Company owns the priority of employing trainees under the same condition.

It is understood that the purpose of establishing “Youth’s Base of Training and Employment” is for providing the training opportunities for all the graduates of this year and past years, as well as, migrant workers who have not been employed so that they could accumulate working experience and enhancing their employability, which makes a great effort to recruitment and development of companies and also the harmony of society.
