In the afternoon of May 27, Kunlun held a signing ceremony of “the Assignment of Operation Target Responsibilities” after the operation meeting. Kunlun general manager Mr. Gu and other members of Kunlun management all signed the responsibility agreement.

Mr. Gu appointed out it was very significant for Kunlun to let each department to work more responsible and efficient. During ceremony, all attendants promised to transfer the responsibility to working spur, with confidence and zest to accomplish the annual working target of 2009.
