From September 18th to 20th, ZPEC vice president Mr. Yang yanqi have a special trip to Kunlun company for checking and guiding work, being ware of production situation, arranging the key emphasis in work and he decides to hold “introduction meeting of reconstruction of  Daqing 130 type drilling rig” in North of Shaanxi.
On the Morning of September 18th, Mr. Yang visited the rig yard first accompanied by Mr. Gu Chuangye, VP of ZPEC and GM of Kunlun company, he climbed drill floor of ZJ40J reconstructed by Daqing 130 type rig. Through checking on the spot, Mr. Yang highly appreciated for the extrinsic feature and performance. Soon after, VP Yang directed specialized conference of Daqing 1300 type drilling rig, Combined with recent actual condition, analyzed the actual condition that large quantities of rigs is in ageing and need to be reconstructed in all oil fields of Shaanxi, made a initial decision that  ZPEC Daqing 130 type drilling rig reconstruction introduction conference in Ding bian of Shaaxi on Oct. 17th, besides local government and tens of drilling companies are invited to join in, ZPEC will still invite the leaders and specialist of South west university of petroleum. Conference requested that ZJ40J rig reconstructed by Kunlun company will rig up and down and move evenly on Oct. 17th and clients will be asked to view and emulate, at the appointed time, company will discuss the future project cooperation with clients. Mr. Yang emphasized that  company will perform the Nanny type service to newly reconstructed rig, if products was found out quality problems during using process, company will reply within 24 hours upon receiving the notice, send the service personal to the site within 48 hours, resolve user’s fear of trouble in the rear thoroughly.
In the conference, VP Yang appealed that Kunlun company combined manufacturing advanced complete set of drilling rig and reconstruction of old rigs in North of Shaanxi, seized the opportunity, did our best to be the leader to realize the company’s healthy and fast development.
