On December 7, the completion of the drilling of the last well for Team 6 in this year, making for a perfect ending of 2009. The whole stuff’s constantly hard working through the whole year creates the historical new record since its establishment.

Entering the November, it has been frequently raining and snowing in Shanbei area. And the temperature has once dropped to about -25℃ and it’s lower compared with the same time in one year before, which had brought most disadvantageous to the drilling construction. Other drilling teams had gone for holiday one after another, and many teams in our company also had begun their winter vacation. In order to complete the annual objective, leading by Li Jiahu, Tool Pusher of Team 6, the whole stuff held their ground, went all out and carried out the spirit of “Dragon Troop”, and embarked on a heat wave to accomplish the 2009 production goal in the vast snowing land. Fighting with freezing weather with storm and snow, they had overcome many disadvantages such as that it’s a new rig and is still in its break-in period; it’s difficult to have enough production water supplied; also there’re difficulties to provide a comfortable living standard for the stuff.
