It is a traditional virtue of Chinese nation to help and delivery love to those who’s living in poverty and with difficulties. The Spring Festival is around the corner. In order to make sure everyone has a happy and auspicious Spring Festival, ZPEC issued a circular, delivering warmth to the employee whose family living with difficulties on the eve of Spring Festival.

   The circular is demanding each unit to know the employees who really has difficulties and the Labor Union to give records and setting up the archives to them. Each unit shall put out an action plan to help with different demands of different families on material, economic and other aspects. During the Spring Festival, the management of the group is demanding to visit and express solicitude to the employees who’s living with difficulty and to express the company’s warmth deep affection as we are a big family.

   The management of the group pointed out that each subsidiary company shall put a premium on “heart-warming project”, and the funds, personnel and help must be ensured. From now on, relating departments should bring forth new forms of “heart-warming project”, and establish the long effect mechanism and constantly boost up the employees’ belongingness and cohesion, and further to pursue the company’s development in a harmonious and healthy way.
