Prior to Middle Autumn Day and National Day, the President of ZPEC Group Company, Mr. Li, made a special flight to Yan’an for the benefit of the drilling teams.  He encouraged each team to be persistent in their efforts to improve their drilling speed and to uphold and enhance ZPEC’s famous brand image.
From September 16-19, Mr Li was accompanied by Mr. Shi Shuyi, the Vice President of ZPEC Group Company and General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company, Mr. Wang Zaihua, the Vice General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company and Project Manager of Yangchang Project, and Mr. Gao Keming, the Vice General Manager of ZPEC Drilling Company and Vice Project Manager of Yangchang Project, as they crossed mountains to visit ZPEC Number 16 Team, Number 17 Team, Number 14 Team and Number 9 Team where they condoled the drilling soldiers fighting on the front line.
During the Number 16 Team visit, President Li went to their kitchen and dormitory, carefully examining the food quality and sanitation conditions. He stressed that each team should do well in life management, based on the company’s long-term commitments to making sure the staff have good eating and living conditions. 
During the Number 17 Team visit, President Li gave full affirmation of Number 17 Team achievements.  He said that even though the team had not been set up very long, it had already achieved success.  He encouraged the Rig Manager, Mr. Zhang Zhentong, to train the team and to cultivate new employees with high standards and strict requirements in order to prepare for drilling abroad in the near future.  Later, Mr. Li and others drove to the Number 14 Team site and highly praised their management.  He was particularly impressed by their efforts dedicated to drilling technique and safety. When President Li arrived at the Number 9 Team site, the staff were busy with their daily work routines. He took the time to help the team improve their team work while drilling. The Comprehensive Logging Team was the last team that President Li visited. His high expectations of those young persons impressed him to encourage each to study hard and to cherish every minute to learn more for the purpose of future global drilling opportunities.
